Priority OnDemand, a national healthcare solutions and medical transportation company, announced today the promotion of Morgan Szymczyk to Vice President of Marketing and Communications. In this expanded leadership role, Szymczyk will oversee the company’s enterprise-wide marketing, communications, proposal development, brand strategy, public relations, and internal communications functions, supporting Priority OnDemand’s continued growth and visibility across its family of companies nationwide.
“Morgan has made meaningful contributions to Priority OnDemand’s marketing and communications efforts and has been a steady partner to teams across the organization,” said Steve Blackburn, Chief Administrative Officer of Priority OnDemand. “This promotion reflects the important role she plays in supporting our brand, communications strategy, and business development efforts. We look forward to her continued leadership and contributions in this expanded role.”
As Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Szymczyk will lead integrated communications strategies that support business development, employee engagement, recruitment, proposal efforts, brand alignment, and external relations. She will work closely with executive leadership and operational teams to ensure consistent messaging across Priority OnDemand’s EMS, medical transportation, patient logistics, telehealth, and specialty vehicle businesses.
Szymczyk previously served as Director of Marketing and Communications for Priority OnDemand, where she helped guide strategic communications, proposal development, brand management, media relations, internal communications, recruitment marketing, and community-focused messaging for the organization and its operating companies.
Her promotion reflects Priority OnDemand’s continued investment in strong, centralized marketing and communications leadership as the company expands its healthcare services platform and supports partnerships with hospitals, health systems, municipalities, payers, and communities across the country.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to continue serving Priority OnDemand in this expanded role,” said Szymczyk. “It is a privilege to collaborate with teams who are deeply committed to patients, communities, and healthcare partners. I look forward to continuing to strengthen our brand, share the stories of our people, and support the organization’s growth through clear, strategic communications.”
