Priority OnDemand, a national healthcare solutions and medical transportation company, is excited to announce that Janet Halling has joined the team as Director of Proposal Development. In this newly established role, Halling will lead proposal strategy and development efforts that support the company’s continued growth, competitive positioning, and pursuit of new healthcare partnerships nationwide.

“Janet’s appointment strengthens our proposal development capabilities at a pivotal time for Priority OnDemand,” said Morgan Szymczyk, Vice President of Marketing & Communications for Priority OnDemand. “Her strategic insight, proposal expertise, and collaborative leadership will help strengthen our ability to communicate the full value of our healthcare transportation solutions, support growth across our family of companies, and position Priority OnDemand for continued success in the years to come”.

As Director of Proposal Development, Halling will oversee proposal strategy, content development, compliance, and process improvement across Priority OnDemand and its family of companies. She will collaborate closely with operational leaders, business development teams, and subject matter experts to develop responses that reflect the company’s clinical standards, operational capabilities, technology-enabled solutions, and community-focused approach to care.

Halling brings more than a decade of experience in professional writing, marketing communications, and proposal development across the healthcare, education technology, and learning and development sectors. Most recently, she served as Senior Proposal Writer for ARUP Laboratories, where she supported proposal productivity, process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and client-focused content development.

“I am excited to join the Priority OnDemand team at such an important time in the company’s growth,” said Halling. “I look forward to collaborating with teams across the organization to develop proposals that clearly communicate Priority OnDemand’s experience, innovation, and commitment to supporting the healthcare partners and communities it serves.”

With an established proposal development foundation already in place, Halling’s leadership will help Priority OnDemand sharpen its competitive voice, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and continue advancing high-quality proposals that support the company’s growth and mission to improve access to care nationwide.
