Priority Ambulance is proud to announce that Allison Washington, Vice President of Human Resources, has been recognized by the Birmingham Business Journal as a recipient of its HR Impact Award.
The HR Impact Award recognizes human resources leaders who are making a meaningful impact within their organizations through leadership, innovation, employee engagement, talent development, workplace culture, and strategic business partnerships.

As Vice President of Human Resources for Priority Ambulance, Washington oversees the HR infrastructure for the nation’s second-largest private ambulance company, as well as its parent company, Priority OnDemand, and sister companies OnDemand Visit, OnDemand Connect, and OnDemand Specialty Vehicles. Under her leadership, the HR team has advanced employee engagement initiatives, talent development, innovation, and workplace culture efforts designed to ensure employees feel seen, heard, and empowered.
