Priority Ambulance is pleased to announce that April Knight has joined the Priority Ambulance family as Regional Talent Acquisition Manager for the Mid-States Region.
Knight brings more than a decade of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, workforce strategy, and high-volume hiring. Throughout her career, she has partnered with organizational leaders to develop scalable recruiting programs, strengthen talent pipelines, and support workforce growth across operational and professional environments.
In her new role, Knight will lead recruiting and talent acquisition efforts across the Mid-States Region, supporting Priority’s mission to attract and retain top talent while helping meet the growing healthcare and transportation needs of the communities it serves.

Knight’s background includes leadership in recruiting operations, workforce planning, employer branding, executive recruitment, and high-volume hiring initiatives. She has extensive experience collaborating with hiring managers and operational leaders to create efficient, data-driven recruiting strategies that improve hiring outcomes and support long-term organizational success.
