Castro returns to Priority with a strong background in human resources leadership, employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, leave administration, and HR operations. Most recently, she served as Human Resources Manager, where she built HR operations from the ground up, implemented multiple HRIS platforms, led a team of HR professionals, and supported a multi-state workforce. Prior to that role, Castro served as both Regional Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Generalist for Priority Ambulance, where she played an integral role in supporting acquisitions, leading high-volume recruiting efforts, and partnering with operational leaders across multiple states.
In her new role, Castro will provide strategic and operational human resources leadership across the Pacific Region, partnering with regional leadership to strengthen employee engagement, ensure regulatory compliance, support workforce development, and advance enterprise HR initiatives while delivering exceptional support to employees and leaders.

Castro holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Redlands and has demonstrated expertise in employee relations, organizational development, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and HR compliance. Her previous experience with Priority Ambulance positions her to quickly support the region while helping advance the company’s commitment to operational excellence and employee success.
