Priority Ambulance is proud to announce that Kelsey Foster has been appointed Director of Compliance. In this new role, Foster will help lead the company’s compliance efforts, supporting operational integrity, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement across the organization.
With 16 years of experience in ambulance billing at National EMS, Foster has developed deep expertise in revenue cycle management, claims processing, and regulatory compliance. For the past eight years, she has served as a DQA Supervisor for both National EMS and Central EMS, where she has led quality assurance initiatives and helped ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in billing operations. Her strong attention to detail, leadership, and commitment to process improvement have made a meaningful impact on the success and integrity of EMS billing services.

Foster will officially step into her new role on June 27th.
