Seals Ambulance is proud to announce that Jeremey McKinney, current Marketing Representative, has been appointed to Director of Operations.  In this new role, McKinney will continue to report directly to Charles Coffelt, Vice President of Operations.
McKinney brings nearly three decades of experience in Emergency Medical Services, along with a strong track record in operational leadership, clinical education, and organizational development.  Before joining the Seals Ambulance family, he served as General Manager for a nationally recognized private ambulance service, where he led multi-state operations across Indiana and Ohio with a focus on strategic growth, team development, and operational excellence.
In addition to his operational leadership experience, McKinney currently serves as the Vice President of the Indiana EMS Association, where he plays an active role in representing all EMS services, fostering collaboration across the industry.  His service in this role reflects a deep commitment to government affairs, stakeholder engagement, and industry advocacy — strengths that will continue to benefit Seals Ambulance, its community partners, and its future growth.
“Jeremey brings an exceptional combination of operational expertise, industry leadership, and a genuine commitment to people and partnerships,” said Charles Coffelt, Vice President of Operations.  “His experience, leadership, and relationship-focused approach make him a wonderful fit for this role, and we are excited to see the impact he will continue to make for our teams, our partners, and the communities we serve.”
In his new role, McKinney will oversee daily operations, support field leadership teams, and help drive continued growth and service excellence across Seals Ambulance.  His leadership, experience, and dedication will be instrumental as the company continues to strengthen its operations and serve communities with excellence and care.
