Priority Ambulance is proud to announce a new provider agreement with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Georgia, effective September 1, 2025. This agreement makes Priority Ambulance and its affiliated companies, Ambucare, Central EMS, National EMS, and Puckett EMS, in-network providers for Anthem’s commercial and Medicare Advantage members across Georgia.

As part of the agreement, Priority Ambulance will deliver emergency and non-emergency medical transportation services to Anthem members enrolled in:

  • Blue Open Access HMO/POS
  • BlueChoice HMO/POS
  • BlueChoice PPO
  • Pathway HMO
  • Pathway Guided Access HMO
  • Pathway Enhanced HMO/POS
  • Medicare Advantage HMO
  • Medicare Advantage PPO

Through this partnership, Anthem members will benefit from access to Priority Ambulance’s expansive Georgia network, which includes a fleet of more than 225 ambulances and a team of licensed EMTs and paramedics delivering advanced life support, basic life support, and interfacility transport services.

The agreement reinforces Priority Ambulance’s commitment to working in partnership with health plans and healthcare providers to improve patient access to care, control costs, and deliver value across the healthcare continuum.
