Seals Ambulance Service is pleased to announce the promotion of Briana Webb to Communications Center Manager.

Bri’s passion for healthcare started early, growing up in a family rooted in the medical field. While still in high school, she began working at LIFE Ambulance Service in Greenfield, IN, supporting patients as a wheelchair van sitter — an experience that laid the foundation for her EMS career.  After graduation, Bri worked as a Patient Care Technician at Community East Hospital before earning her EMT-B certification from the IU Methodist School of EMS in 2009. She joined Seals Ambulance Service in 2013, serving as an EMT in both the Indianapolis IFT Division and the Greenfield ALS Vent Unit.
In 2018, Bri transitioned to the Seals Communications Center, where she quickly rose to leadership, becoming one of the first Communications Center Leads during COVID-19 and later promoted to Supervisor in 2021. She developed strong expertise in CAD reporting and data analysis, playing a vital role in performance reporting and partner support.
Beyond communications, Bri has also been a key leader in Special Events Operations, serving as Team Leader at Ruoff Amphitheater since 2018 and helping strengthen our partnership with Live Nation. In her new role, she will also assist Thomas Alvey in overseeing Special Events Operations.
Bri has accumulated more than a decade of experience and demonstrated exceptional dedication to Seals Ambulance Service. She brings this passion to her new position and will be a tremendous addition to our Senior Leadership Team.
