Priority OnDemand is pleased to welcome Ben Feinstein as Director of Procurement. In this role, Ben will support procurement strategy, supplier partnerships, inventory and demand planning, logistics, process improvement, and purchasing operations across the organization. He will report to PJ Wynne, Vice President of Finance.

Ben brings 25 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management across warehouse automation, intralogistics, manufacturing, building products, and electrical engineering. Throughout his career, he has led strategic sourcing initiatives, managed supplier negotiations and vendor relationships, supported inventory and demand planning, improved logistics processes, and partnered closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen purchasing operations. His background also includes experience with master data management, ERP systems, continuous improvement, and operational process optimization.
Most recently, Ben led procurement, supply chain, and logistics functions for warehouse automation and electrical engineering organizations. In these roles, he was responsible for sourcing aftermarket and project components, coordinating domestic and international suppliers, managing third-party logistics relationships, overseeing inventory and fulfillment activities, and supporting the timely delivery of materials for customer projects. He also brings strong experience evaluating purchasing workflows, identifying efficiencies, and implementing improvements that support cost control, service reliability, and operational consistency.
