The Priority Ambulance family of companies is proud to congratulate Amanda McQuistian, Director of Operations at LifeCare Medical Transports, on her selection as a 2025 EMSNext honoree by the American Ambulance Association (AAA).
McQuistian joins an elite group of 16 outstanding EMS professionals from 10 states who have been recognized for their emerging leadership in emergency medical services. The EMSNext initiative highlights emerging leaders in the field and offers them leadership development, structured mentorship, and collaborative networking opportunities throughout the year.

The 2025 EMSNext class was recognized at the opening keynote address of the AAA conference, held on June 22, 2025. McQuistian and her fellow honorees will also participate in a collaborative workshop focused on solving the biggest challenges in out-of-hospital care.

McQuistian now joins a growing network of EMSNext program alumni who are poised to assume prominent leadership roles in the EMS profession, standing at the forefront of mobile healthcare excellence for patients across the nation.
