Central EMS was honored to join its partners at Piedmont Augusta for a ribbon-cutting celebrating the expansion of services at the McDuffie campus.
This milestone reflects the continued growth of our partnership and a shared commitment to delivering seamless care across the region. By expanding transportation support, we’re helping strengthen hospital throughput and ensure patients receive the right care, at the right place, at the right time.

Central EMS: Leigh and Gary Coker, VPO Corey Thomas, Stewart Eubanks (Augusta Director), and Haley Ardnt (HR).
Piedmont Augusta: Dr. Lilly Hinson (CEO), Nic Woods (Executive Director for Piedmont McDuffie & Summerville), Danita Kieser (DON – McDuffie), along with additional field and hospital staff who joined the celebration.
