Priority Ambulance is pleased to announce the promotion of Bridget Watkins to Vice President of Operations for Magnolia Ambulance.
Bridget brings more than three decades of EMS experience and a strong record of leadership, clinical expertise, and operational knowledge to this role. Since joining Magnolia Ambulance as Training Administrator, she has played an important role in strengthening employee onboarding, continuing education, and clinical compliance programs.
Prior to Magnolia, Bridget served as Director of Clinical Services for LifeCare EMS and PatientCare EMS, where she led clinical quality initiatives, training programs, regulatory compliance, and operational coordination. Throughout her career, she has held numerous roles across EMS, including EMT, paramedic, dispatcher, QA officer, and clinical director, giving her a deep understanding of the work our teams perform every day. Bridget is a Nationally Registered and Mississippi-certified paramedic, an American Heart Association instructor for BLS, ACLS, and PALS, and an active contributor to EMS across the state through her service on multiple professional boards and advisory councils. Her experience, leadership, and commitment to clinical excellence make her exceptionally well-suited to lead Magnolia’s operations.
