Founded in Alabama by Bryan Gibson, Shoals Ambulance marked the beginning of the Priority Ambulance family of companies. From our initial operations in Jefferson County, we’ve steadily grown to meet the emergency medical needs of Alabama communities, including securing a partnership in 2015 to provide 9-1-1 emergency response coverage for the City of Bessemer.

This initiative not only complies with Alabama’s new statewide training requirement for first responders but also demonstrates our commitment to innovation and inclusivity in community care.
