Our Community. Our Priority.
Priority Ambulance of Tennessee is dedicated to setting the standard for pre-hospital care in East Tennessee. Our mission is to provide our community with the highest-quality emergency and non-emergency ambulance services. Backed by a leadership team with more than 400 years of combined experience in ambulance operations, we pride ourselves on delivering expert care with professionalism and compassion. Our highly trained paramedics and EMTs utilize the latest technology and adhere to advanced pre-hospital protocols to ensure the comfort and safety of every patient we serve.
Since establishing its corporate headquarters in Knox County in 2014, Priority Ambulance has become a trusted partner within the community. In 2015, the Loudon County Commission selected Priority as its exclusive emergency and non-emergency ambulance services provider, a testament to the trust we’ve built. We are also proud to serve as the exclusive 9-1-1 emergency ambulance provider in Cocke and Franklin counties.
As one of the largest privately owned ambulance companies in East Tennessee, Priority Ambulance provides comprehensive services to hospitals, healthcare facilities, and residents throughout the region. We offer a subscription service in Loudon, Knox and Blount counties. Our commitment to the community extends beyond emergency response. We frequently host programs, such as the lifesaving CPR and “Stop the Bleed” training within our communities. We also provide first-aid training to schools and enjoy hearing feedback from teachers that the training assisted in positive responses to crises.
