LifeCare Medical Transports, LLC has been a trusted medical transportation provider in the Commonwealth of Virginia for more than 30 years. Established in 1994 by volunteer rescue squad partners Kevin Dillard and Dan Wildman, LifeCare has grown from a local operation into one of Virginia’s largest healthcare transportation providers.
Committed to excellence in patient care, LifeCare continually embraces medical advancements to deliver high-quality services and improve patient outcomes. The company has a proud history of service, including its pivotal role on September 11, 2001, when it coordinated more than 50 ambulances statewide in response to the terrorist attacks at the Pentagon.
LifeCare offers a comprehensive range of services, including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), Specialty Care Transport (SCT/Critical Care), and other tailored medical transport solutions for communities across Northern, Central, and Southeast Virginia, as well as Southern Maryland.
In 2020, LifeCare joined the Priority Ambulance family of companies, strengthening its mission to deliver reliable and compassionate care to the communities it serves.
