Founded in 2019, Guardian Ambulance is committed to delivering exceptional ambulance services to its patients, hospitals, and healthcare facilities across central and eastern South Carolina. Our expertise lies in ensuring the utmost comfort and safety for our patients. Our ambulances are staffed with highly trained, licensed Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and paramedics dedicated to delivering expert pre-hospital care. We offer a full spectrum of services, including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), and specialized bariatric care services.

In addition to our headquarters in Florence, we operate stations in Richland, Lexington, Clarendon, and Dillon counties and share Sumter County’s central EMS station. We are also proud to provide 9-1-1 emergency response backup for Sumter County.
