Priority OnDemand, supported by our OnDemand Visit technology, offers all-in-one, integrated telehealth solutions for a variety of patient use cases and delivery models. In addition to traditional telehealth services that we offer as an exclusive, free benefit to our employees, our telehealth solutions include uniquely tailored products for EMS. EMS telehealth solutions answer the need for 911 ambulances to arrive on the scene with telehealth capabilities for low-acuity patients whose medical condition does not warrant transportation to a hospital emergency department.

StatCall Digital
Transportation Platform

StatCall is much more than online ordering for transportation. In addition to an easy-to-use online, cloud-based interface for ambulance ordering, StatCall also interfaces with the hospital's electronic medical records (EMRs) for streamlined patient data transfer and communicates with Medicaid brokers and payors to receive prior authorization and billing information. Hospital staff have access to real-time dashboards with recent transport status, as well as summary information, such as system demand utilization of the system and on-time performance.

National Award-Winning Vehicle Safety Systems

Priority Ambulance owns one of the safest fleets in the country and received a national award from the American Ambulance Association in 2018 for its comprehensive safety program. The safety program includes being the first to implement advanced aftermarket safety systems in its vehicles. In 2018, Priority Ambulance launched a comprehensive, multi-year vehicle safety initiative to operate the safest fleet in the country. In addition to training our crews through Emergency Vehicle Operator Course (EVOC) classes and techniques on recognizing and addressing fatigue, we sought technology designed to reduce risks associated with traffic accidents, unsafe driving behaviors, distracted driving, and fatigued driving.

Advanced Communications
Systems

Priority Ambulance-owned ambulances are equipped with advanced communication equipment, including automated vehicle locations (AVL), electronic patient care records (ePCR), and more. These tools are integrated into our computer-aided dispatch (CAD) system to allow analysis and data reporting for continuous quality improvement of all of our systems of care. Our technology is easy for crews to use and provides comprehensive data reporting to customers and continuous analysis of performance across key performance indicators.
