Leigh Ann Goolsby brings extensive leadership experience as Vice President of Operations at Magnolia Ambulance. With a rich family legacy in emergency medical services, Goolsby joined the Priority Ambulance family of companies in January 2025 following the acquisition of LifeCare EMS, the company she co-owned and operated with her father, H.L. Goolsby.
Goolsby’s journey in EMS began with Carthage Ambulance Service, a family business she and her father expanded into the successful LifeCare EMS brand. Her deep understanding of operational excellence and commitment to patient care has been instrumental in growing the organization. As Vice President of Operations, Goolsby continues to drive strategic initiatives and maintain the highest standards of emergency medical services.
Goolsby earned a BS from Mississippi State University and a master’s in social work from the University of Nevada.
