Priority Ambulance is pleased to announce the promotion of Richard Pritchard to Vice President of Operations for Magnolia Ambulance in Mississippi.

Pritchard brings more than four decades of EMS experience and proven operational leadership to his new role. He began his career earning his EMT license in 1982 and paramedic license in 1987, serving in various frontline and leadership positions throughout his career. Most recently, he served as Director of Operations for Baptist Ambulance in Mississippi, contributing 16 years of total EMS leadership experience.

In his new position, Pritchard will oversee all operational aspects of Magnolia Ambulance Service, with a focus on performance optimization, strategic growth, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pritchard’s appointment reflects Priority Ambulance’s commitment to promoting experienced leaders who demonstrate excellence in patient-centered care and operational management. He assumes his new role effective August 1, 2025.
