CONFIRE EMS-MOBILE HEALTH (CONFIRE EMS), a division of CONFIRE Joint Powers Authority in San Bernardino, California, is a Public Private Alliance Model formed by 12 fire agencies in collaboration with Priority Ambulance.
CONFIRE EMS was established to provide a holistic approach to emergency medicine to include emergency medical ground ambulance transportation, 9-1-1, interfacility, and critical care transportation. CONFIRE EMS has been selected to provide emergency and non-emergency ambulance services in portions of San Bernardino County, with operations expected to begin October 2024.
In support of CONFIRE EMS, Priority Ambulance will operate a range of ambulance services, including Advanced Life Support (ALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Interfacility Transport (IFT), and Critical Care Transport (CCT) ambulances.
