Central EMS, a member of the Priority Ambulance family of companies, announced today that Toni Lee has been promoted to Vice President of Operations for the newly formed West Division, effective November 1, 2025.
As part of an organizational realignment to strengthen operational oversight across Georgia, Central EMS has established two divisions – East and West – to better support its expanding 911 and interfacility transport operations statewide. The East Division (Savannah/Statesboro, Augusta, and Newton) will continue under the leadership of Vice President Corey Thomas, while the West Division (Roswell, Forsyth, Newnan, and Macon) will be led by Lee.
“Toni has been an integral part of our leadership team and exemplifies the operational excellence, teamwork, and commitment to quality patient care that define Central EMS,” said Sharon Schwarz, Southeast Region President, Priority Ambulance. “Her deep experience in both 911 and interfacility service delivery, combined with her passion for developing people and teams, makes her the ideal leader to guide our West Division.”
Lee has been a valuable member of the Central EMS and Priority Ambulance family for more than a decade, most recently serving as Director of Operations in Augusta. Over her 20-year career in emergency medical services, she has held numerous leadership positions, including Division Chief for Central EMS Metro Atlanta and Operations Manager for National EMS.
In her new role, Lee will oversee operations in Roswell, Forsyth, Newnan, and Macon, focusing on operational performance, service delivery, and continued community partnerships.
“I’m honored to step into this new role and to continue serving the Central EMS team in a broader capacity,” said Lee. “It feels like coming home, and I’m excited to build on our success and support our teams as we continue to grow and deliver outstanding care.”
