Priority OnDemand Welcomes Maggie O’Neil as Director of Patient Engagement for OnDemand Visit

Priority OnDemand, a leading national healthcare services and medical transportation company, announced today the appointment of Maggie O’Neil as Director of Patient Engagement for its OnDemand Visit division. In this role, O’Neil will lead patient experience initiatives and strategic growth efforts to advance OnDemand Visit’s mission of transforming healthcare delivery through innovative mobile healthcare solutions.

O’Neil has more than 15 years of healthcare experience, most recently serving as Director of Customer Experience at Molina Healthcare, where she collaborated with executive teams across 21 health plans to enhance customer experience initiatives and drive strategic growth. During her tenure, she successfully led major initiatives, including the implementation of Net Promoter Score programs, the development of standardized engagement protocols, and the execution of large-scale member outreach campaigns. Her leadership was instrumental in Molina’s expansion from 9 to 19 states and growth from 1.2 million to 5.2 million members.
