Charles Coffelt joins Seals Ambulance as VP of Operations

Priority Ambulance is pleased to announce the appointment of Charles Coffelt as the new Vice President of Operations for Seals Ambulance. Charles brings more than two decades of diverse experience in the EMS industry, having most recently served as Regional Vice President of Midwest Operations at Amerimed Emergency Medical Services. Before that, he spent four years as an Operations Manager with American Medical Response.

Charles began his EMS career in the mid-1990s, earning his EMT certification while still in high school, where he also achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. He volunteered with Franklin Fire & Rescue and later attended Virginia Tech, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management and became a nationally registered paramedic. Throughout his career, he has held roles in hospital-based and private EMS systems, communications center management, critical care flight paramedic services, and as a Mass Gathering Event Manager at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
