Puckett EMS is pleased to announce that Joseph Dunn has been named Vice President of Operations for Puckett EMS’ Tennessee and Northern Georgia operations. He will report to Phil Koster, Southeast Regional President.
In his new role, Joseph will oversee operations and new business development opportunities for Puckett EMS’ Tennessee operations, including 9-1-1 and IFT ambulance services across Sequatchie, Marion, and Hamilton counties as well as Catoosa County in North Georgia.
Jake Lonas will remain with Puckett EMS as Vice President of Operations, leading the company’s Georgia team. This transition and additional leadership coincide with Puckett EMS’ continued growth as we look to expand both areas of operations and continue to provide high-quality clinical care to our patients.
“We are extremely excited to welcome Joe into his new role of Vice President of Operations. Over the last several years, he has worked directly under Jake, implementing rigorous business development plans and heightening the team’s clinical care capabilities. As Puckett EMS continues to grow, we feel confident that both Joe and Jake will help drive the company to its fullest potential, and we look forward to collaborating with them both,” said Phil Koster, Southeast Regional President.
Since 2016, Joseph has been part of the Puckett EMS team, serving in many roles, including Field Training Officer, Operations Coordinator, Operations Supervisor, and most recently, Director of Operations. Before joining the Puckett EMS team, he worked in the ER at Memorial Hospital.
He has been a Nationally Registered Advanced Emergency Medical Technician since 2014.
