We are excited to welcome Joshua Binkley to our Priority Ambulance family of companies as the new Vice President of Operations at Shoals Ambulance. With a wealth of experience and a strong track record in emergency medical services, Joshua brings unique skills and expertise that will significantly contribute to our continued growth and success.
Joshua’s most recent role was as the Operations Manager at Genesis Community Ambulance Service in Zanesville, OH. During his tenure, he made significant strides in reducing the vacancy rate from 42% to less than 5% within two years. His initiatives not only led to a substantial financial impact, generating over $1 million in savings and additional revenue, but also improved response times and patient outcomes. His servant leadership style fostered a positive and collaborative team environment.
Joshua holds a Master of Science in Homeland Security—Disaster & Emergency Preparedness from Trident University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Muskingum University. His academic background and extensive hands-on experience position him as a strategic leader well-equipped to drive operational excellence at Shoals Ambulance.
