riority Ambulance is pleased to announce that Daniel James has joined the company as a Human Resource Business Partner for Priority’s West Region.
Daniel will oversee the day-to-day human resource activities in his new role, including developing and overseeing effective recruiting, screening, hiring, orientation, and onboarding programs for Maricopa Ambulance, Frontier Ambulance, and Priority Ambulance of Yavapai. Additionally, he will assist support staff with coaching, discipline, and performance evaluations and monitor compliance with company policies and local, state, and national regulations. He reports to Alan Smith, West Regional President.

Daniel has more than 15 years of HR leadership experience with an emphasis in promoting positive employee relations, including six years of service with the United States Army as a designated Noncommissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC), where he led the Human Resources and Operations departments and supported 1,200 soldiers.
Prior to joining the Priority Ambulance family, Daniel was the Human Resource Business Partner for True Metal Solutions, where he had a proven history of developing recruitment and retention strategies for the company.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management from DeVry University.
