March 14, 2024

Randseco, a medical software company that connects disparate technology systems to streamline patient transportation logistics, is pleased to announce that John McCulley has been named Vice President of Operations.

In his new role, McCulley will oversee the execution, growth, and management of innovative technologies such as StatCall, digital patient logistics software that enables more efficient hospital throughput in collaboration with medical transportation partners.

“We are thrilled to have John step into the Vice President of Operations role. His proven history of leadership and deep understanding of technology and operations make him the ideal candidate to lead our operational efforts,” said Bryan Gibson, CEO of Priority OnDemand.

Founded in 2015, Randseco, LLC specializes in creating seamless solutions that bridge the gaps in patient transportation services. The company’s focus includes hospital EMR systems and ambulance service provider CAD solutions to enhance the patient service experience through streamlined workflows. StatCall’s integrated suite of digital tools provides a secure, centralized hub that quickly and seamlessly exchanges information between each participant in the transportation process, including hospitals, medical facilities, payers, ambulance providers, brokers, non-medical transportation, and rideshare companies. Randseco was acquired by Priority OnDemand, a leading healthcare solutions provider dedicated to enhancing and simplifying access to healthcare services, in 2021.

Preceding his appointment as Vice President of Operations, McCulley served as the Vice President of Engineering for the company since 2021. Prior to joining the Priority family, McCulley was a Senior Developer at MoxCar and Pilot Flying J in Knoxville, TN, and Appalachian Underwriters in Oak Ridge, TN.

“I’ve enjoyed working with our team to develop products that improve efficiencies, revenues, and customer satisfaction among our hospital system partners. I’m excited to expand my role, developing a culture of growth and sustainability among our team and creating successful programs for Priority’s partners nationwide,” said McCulley.

In addition to his professional experience, McCulley holds a Bachelor of Science in Data Communication Systems Technology from ITT Technical Institute and a Master of Business Administration in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

Please join us in congratulating John on this well-deserved promotion!
