Yates will direct the company’s growth strategy, focusing on acquisitions and unique partnership models. With a broad career spanning various industries, including healthcare, management consulting, and nuclear energy, Yates brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the position.

Yates began his professional journey as an officer in the United States Navy, proudly serving in the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program. His service honed his leadership skills, which have been applied across diverse sectors. Yates has held key positions in industry-leading organizations, contributing to their growth and success.
Before joining Priority OnDemand, Yates was the owner of First Call Ambulance, a respected healthcare company providing essential medical transportation services in Tennessee. Under his leadership, the company experienced significant growth, today serving more than 40,000 patients annually. In October 2021, Yates and First Call Ambulance became part of the Priority Ambulance family of companies, demonstrating his dedication to advancing quality patient care and operational excellence. His strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in driving positive change.
As Vice President of Corporate Development, Yates will lead strategic initiatives to drive growth, forge partnerships, and enhance customer relationships. His insights and expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Priority OnDemand and advancing its mission of excellence in healthcare solutions.

Yates holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Vanderbilt University, a master’s degree in engineering from Virginia Tech, and a master’s in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
