We are pleased to announce that Robby Atkins, our Southeast Regional President, will take on a new role in the Priority family as Vice President of Manufacturing for OnDemand Specialty Vehicles.
Robby brings a wealth of experience to this position, with a lifelong career in EMS. His family’s legacy with National EMS, founded in 1976 in Georgia, laid the foundation for his remarkable journey. Starting as an EMT and paramedic in 1989, Robby has touched almost every facet of the business, including dispatch, finance, operations, and fleet maintenance roles. In July 2019, he assumed the role of Regional President after National EMS became part of the Priority Ambulance family of companies in 2018. He oversees operations in Georgia, Southeast Tennessee, and South Carolina in this capacity.
In his new role, Robby will lead operations at OnDemand Specialty Vehicles, which began operations in December 2023. This manufacturing arm of Priority OnDemand is dedicated to producing emergency vehicles for Priority brands, serving communities across 13 states nationwide. Located in Jumpertown, Mississippi, ODSV is poised for growth and expansion.

Robby’s deep industry knowledge and exceptional management abilities will facilitate the rapid expansion of our specialty vehicles division.”
During the next 30 days, Robby will assume dual responsibilities, assisting the Southeast Region as needed while transitioning into his full-time role guiding OnDemand Specialty Vehicles.
